Lisa Jenison has been a household name in Mad River Valley real estate for more than twenty-five years, helping buyers, sellers, and property investors navigate the unique market in communities such as Warren, Waitsfield, and Fayston. Her background includes leadership roles with the Vermont Association of Realtors and the former Central Vermont Board of Realtors, reflecting her professionalism and commitment to excellence. Before joining Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, Lisa was the Broker for Sugarbush Real Estate and a top-producing REALTOR.
Originally from Connecticut, and after attending the University of Colorado, Boulder, Lisa made the Valley her home in 1981. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Hannah's House and the Mad River Valley Seniors, and lending a hand at the Mad Marathon.
When not assisting clients, Lisa enjoys gardening, biking, snowshoeing, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Lisa embraces the same Vermont lifestyle that she loves helping others discover.

Since discovering the Mad River Valley in 2002, Karl Klein has built a career and a life rooted in service, community, and connection. After relocating from San Diego to purchase and renovate the 1824 House Inn in Waitsfield, Karl transformed the historic property into a beloved local eatery before turning his passion for hospitality into a career in real estate.
Formerly with Sugarbush Real Estate, Karl managed the historic Sugarbush Village office and became a National Association of Realtors–certified Residential and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), reflecting his expertise in both full-time residences and Vermont vacation homes. Recognizing the complexity of the market and the desire to elevate the client experience, Karl joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman in 2025, expanding the firm’s presence with a real estate sales center in Waitsfield.
